327. Memorandum From the Director of Intelligence and Research (Cumming) to the Acting Secretary of State1

- Intelligence Note: Insurgent “Republic of the South Moluccas”
Dissident activity appears to have increased in the south Moluccas. On December 17, 1957 there were reports that Indonesian parachute troops arrested more than 100 civilians and army personnel in Amboina and other islands of the Moluccas after food riots. On December 18, it was reported that the government had put down an attempted coup by army officers in the Moluccas islands 10 days before. Prime Minister Djuanda in a press conference the same day acknowledged that there had been some arrests in that area but refused to disclose details. He denied, however, that the arrests had resulted from food riots—leading to the inference that anti-Dutch activity in Java has increased the determination of certain pro-Dutch Ambonese elements to break out of the Republic of Indonesia.
Questions and facts of truth for the people of Maluku themselves as part of the identity of a nation of the Pacific (Melanesian), and regardless of the political lies of the Jakarta administration, which they (Java) named label of the name "Indonesia" as Maluku is one of the nation in Courant Asia, just as they are.
1). Is the establishment of the Republic of South Maluku (RMS) is not based on the desire of the people / nation Maluku in determining his fate?

The fact of history is correct (according to law), prove that:
1). Maluku independence proclamation was based on the desire of the people / nation in the Moluccas, where the will of the people / nation Maluku based on the decision of "international law", which has been the decision of the RTC (Round Table Conference) on November 2, 1949, in The Hague , the Netherlands. And of course in this case that: "the desire of independence" of the nation Maluku is based on the law of democracy and human rights.

Military invasion of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) to the Moluccas in 1950 on the grounds that the political administration of Jakarta did not approve / acknowledge the decision of the RTC (Round Table Conference) on 2 November 1949 the de-facto and de-jure independence over the Moluccas, and Jakarta administration is anti-Christian native Maluku, and anti-Western. 3). In the history of the Moluccas never been to declare that the Moluccas were pro-Dutch for independence only under the Dutch administration. Since the hero of the nation Maluku, namely: "Thomas Matulessy" aka "Pattimura" in 1817 has acted against the colonial Dutch.
Thomas Matulessy ( Pattimura ) derived from Saparua island, Maluku, and he is the former of the British army, this happens because of the chaos of the political tensions in Europe in the Napoleonic issue on August 15, 1764 until May 15, 1821, so the alternative is taken by Netherlands at the time it is asked for British assistance to protect the Dutch colonies in the Spice Island ( Maluku ), and therefore the British army personnel have little in Maluku, so the British government recruited indigenous people of Maluku to become the British army. After tensions in Europe tranquility, the British government handed Spice Island ( Maluku ) back to the Netherlands. After the Dutch holding back Spice Island ( Maluku ), the Dutch made the same rules as they have done in years 1636-1646 ( at the time of the war, known as hongitoten ), where the Netherlands impose its will upon the nation to organize all the Maluku spice trade under his control.

Even the government propaganda of Islamic Java / Indonesia has included Thomas Matulessy (Pattimura) as the label into the Indonesian currency as a "hero of Indonesia" as shown in the figure below:
The fact propaganda lies of illegal Indonesian government in Jakarta can be seen on the date, and the incidence among the national leaders of Maluku, which is such an example: "Pattimura" in 1817 with the independence of Indonesia in 1945, so Pattimura included as a "hero of Indonesia". This is a huge difference in 1817 about "Pattimura for Maluku independence from the Netherlands, and compared with the 1945 proclamation of Java / Indonesia from the Dutch. While the opening of the proclamation of Indonesia, namely: "UUD1945", reads:
"Opening: that in fact, independence is the right of all nations, therefore, the occupation over the world, should be abolished, because it does not conform with humanity, and justice".
In such case, stating the fact that the government of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta has violated the highest law itself.
The Federal state of Java's legitimate along with their Capital City, namely: "Yogyakarta, but it is illegal to put all the Federal State in each of perspective country and its governments in one rule by the Javanese Islam regime in Jakarta itself.
The Federal State of Java is under the call of Indonesia union as legitimate through the finalized of Renville, Linggarjai, and Around Table Conference's, even though all the Federal States of Indonesia is under the republic nation.

At the time, the United Nations Commission for Indonesia took up the Moluccan case. But even so, it became apparent that the politics of the United Nations seemed to change. It is difficult to assess what occurred, in part because, as I discovered in researching the Security Council and United Nations Commission for Indonesia of that era, most of the documents are still embargoed. Researchers cannot even look at them. What is obvious is that a deal was made probably behind the scenes, because in the end, the United Nations did not insist on the removal of the Javanese from the Moluccas and the Commission for Indonesia quietly ceased to exist in about 1955.
As you know, many other component parts of the former Netherlands East Indies share with the Moluccas a continuing (and indeed worsening) period with rampant and violent attacks by the Indonesian Army and government-supported paramilitary groups as well as continuing violations of human rights. There is no unrest in the Moluccas in 1957 in food riots, but the problem of PERMESTA in North Sulawesi and the matter of PRRI in North Sumatra, because injustice by Sukarno in Jakarta administration to master the entire region in the former Dutch colony.
And in 1957 was when Sukarno suggest to Islamic countries to form the OIC. Advice from Ir Soekarno that "Islamic state oil and gas revenues to destroy the non-Muslims into submission to Islam, and destroy the international financial monuter (World Trade Center), as is the case in today's Islamic revolution, and the destruction of the world economy. Pertanyaan dan fakta dari kebenaran diri bagi bangsa Maluku sebagai identitas dari bagian pada satu bangsa dari Pasifik (Melanesia), dan terlepas dari politik kebohongan dari administrasi Jakarta, yang mana mereka (Jawa) menamakan lebel dari nama "Indonesia" sebagaimana Maluku adalah satu bangsa di bahagian Asia, sama seperti mereka.

Fakta dari sejarah yang benar (menurut hukum), membuktikan bahwa:

Proklamasi kemerdekaan Maluku adalah berdasarkan atas keinginan pada rakyat/bangsa di Maluku, dimana keinginan rakyat/bangsa Maluku berdasarkan pada keputusan dari "hukum internasional", yang mana telah menjadi satu keputusan KMB (Konferensi Meja Bundar) di tanggal 2 November 1949, di Den Haag, negeri Belanda. Dan tentunya pada hal ini bahwa: "keinginan dalam kemerdekaan" dari bangsa Maluku adalah berdasarkan hukum dari demokrasi dan HAM.
2). Disebut sebagai "Republik Maluku Selatan", yaitu: oleh karena Maluku adalah mempunyai 1024 pulau (besar dan kecil), sehingga kepulauan Maluku menjadi "Kesatuan Republik" diantara pulau-pulau Maluku, dimana bangsa Maluku telah menetap di 1024 pulau yang mana bangsa Maluku keluar dari "pulau ibu (Seram)", dan Maluku terletak pada "Lintang Selatan, dan Bujur Timur di belahan bumi bahagian Pasifik", di sisi lain bahwa: "intervensi dari tentara Republik Indonesia dibawah komando pada Presiden Indonesia, yaitu: Soekarno, dimana pemaksaan terhadap bangsa Maluku untuk ikut dibawah komando administrasi Jakarta, dan transmigrasi dijalankan dari pulau Jawa, atau transmigrasi dari kepulauan luar (bangsa luar) dari setiap perspektif wilayah kepulauan, yang mana berada dibawah struktur administrasi Jakarta yang adalah masuk dari program politik pada kepentingan pemerintahan RI (Republik Indonesia) untuk mendominasi Maluku sebagai bahagian dari perspektif politik kepentingan Jakarta itu sendiri, dimana maksud dan tujuan mereka kedepan adalah untuk merubah sivilisasi kehidupan di Maluku dan propaganda untuk kepentingan perspektif yang telah diprogramkan sedemikian. http://souisapaul81.blogspot.com.au/2012/09/history-of-world-from-beginning-can-be.html
Penyerbuan tentara Republik Indonesia (RI) ke Maluku pada tahun 1950 dengan alasan bahwa politik administrasi Jakarta tidak menyetujui/mengakui atas keputusan KMB (Konferensi Meja Bundar) pada 2 November 1949 secara de-fakto, dan de-jure atas kemerdekaan bagi Maluku, dan Jakarta administrasi adalah anti Kristen Maluku, dan anti Barat. 3). Didalam sejarah bangsa Maluku tidak pernah untuk menyatakan bahwa Maluku adalah pro Belanda untuk kemerdekaannya hanya dibawah pada administrasi Belanda. Semenjak Pahlawan bangsa Maluku, yaitu: "Thomas Matulessy" alias "Pattimura" pada tahun 1817 telah berperan melawan kolonial Belanda.
Thomas Matulessy (Pattimura) berasal dari pulau Saparua, Maluku, dan dia adalah bekas dari tentara Inggris, hal ini terjadi oleh karena kekacauan dari ketegangan politik di Eropa pada permasalahan Napoleon pada tanggal 15 Agustus 1764 sampai pada 15 Mei 1821, sehingga alternatif yang diambil oleh Belanda pada saat itu adalah meminta bantuan Inggris untuk melindungi tanah jajahan Belanda di Spice Island (Maluku), dan oleh karena tentara Inggris mempunyai personil yang sedikit di Maluku, sehingga pemerintahan Inggris merekrut orang pribumi Maluku untuk menjadi tentara Inggris. Setelah ketegangan di Eropa redah, pemerintah Inggris menyerahkan Spice Island (Maluku) kembali kepada Belanda. Setelah Belanda memegang kembali Spice Island (Maluku), Belanda membuat peraturan sama seperti yang mereka telah lakukan di tahun 1636-1646 (di zaman perang yang dikenal sebagai hongitoten), dimana Belanda memaksakan kehendaknya kepada bangsa Maluku untuk mengatur semua perdagangan rempah-rempah dibawah kekuasaannya.
"Pattimura" memimpin semua rakyat Maluku di "Saparua" untuk melawan tentara dari Belanda, pada tanggal 8 Mei 1817 di pantai Waisisir (Maluku), sedangkan kemerdekaan Indonesia yang dicantumkan didalam sejarahnya adalah tahun 1945, walaupun hal itu adalah telah melanggar ketetapan pada politik internasional didalam ketergantungan pada hubungan tiap bangsa yang mana telah ditetapkan di "Konfrensi Meja Bundar, Den Haag, pada tahun 1949".
Bahkan propaganda dari pemerintah Jawa Islam/Indonesia telah memasukan Thomas Matulessy (Pattimura) sebagai lebel kedalam mata uang Indonesia sebagai "pahlawan Indonesia" seperti terlihat pada gambar dibawah ini:
Kenyataan propaganda kebohongan dari pemerintahan ilegal Indonesia di Jakarta dapat dilihat pada tanggal, dan tahun kejadian diantara pemimpin kebangsaan Maluku, yaitu seperti contoh: "Pattimura" di tahun 1817 dibandingkan dengan kemerdekaan Indonesia di tahun 1945, sehingga Pattimura dimasukan sebagai "pahlawan Indonesia". Hal ini perbedaan yang sangat jauh pada tahun 1817 tentang "Pattimura untuk kemerdekaan bangsa Maluku dari Belanda, dan dibandingkan dengan 1945 pada proklamasi Jawa/Indonesia dari Belanda. Lebih dari itu adalah: nama dari Thomas Matulessy (Pattimura) dimanipulasikan dengan lebel dari nama Islam, yaitu: dengan digantikan namanya sebagai "Ahmad Matulessy", dimana propaganda dari pemerintahan Islam/Indonesia ilegal Jakarta ini bertujuan untuk menunjukan kepada komunitas dunia internasional di generasi baru bahwa di Maluku telah ditempati pertama oleh kaum Muslim, disaat tanpa disadari oleh pemerintahan kriminal Jakarta bahwa mereka tidak mengetahui kalau Pattimura mempunyai garis darah keluarga dengan saya, sebagai garis darah keluarga dan dari keluarga Kristen.
4). Proklamasi Republik Indonesia (RI) yang dinyatakan oleh Soekarno dan Muhammad Hatta adalah tidak berdasarkan hukum, dan tidak ada dari keinginan rakyatnya, dan hal itu adalah terbukti pada piagam proklamasi Indonesia dibawah ini:
"Pembukaan: bahwa sesungguhnya, kemerdekaan itu adalah hak segala bangsa, oleh sebab itu, maka penjajahan diatas dunia, harus dihapuskan, karena tidak sesuai dengan kemanusiaan, dan keadilan".
Dalam hal tersebut, menyatakan fakta bahwa pemerintahan Republik Indonesia di Jakarta telah melanggar hukum tertingginya itu sendiri.
5). Negara Federal Jawa sah bersama dengan Ibukota mereka, yaitu: "Yogyakarta, tapi itu adalah ilegal untuk menempatkan semua Negara Federal di setiap perspektif negara dan pemerintah dalam satu pemerintahan oleh rezim Islam Jawa di Jakarta itu sendiri.
Federal Negara Jawa berada di bawah panggilan serikat Indonesia sebagai sah melalui diselesaikan dari Renville, Linggarjai, dan di sekitar Konferensi Meja, meskipun semua Negara Federal Indonesia berada di bawah negara republik.

Pada saat itu , Komisi PBB untuk Indonesia mengambil kasus Maluku . Tapi meskipun demikian , menjadi jelas bahwa politik PBB tampak berubah . Tidak ada kerusuhan di tahun 1957 di Maluku mengenai kerusuhan pangan, melainkan permasalahan PERMESTA di Sulawesi Utara, dan PRRI di Sumatera Utara, karena ketidakadilan oleh administrasi Soekarno di Jakarta untuk mengusai seluruh wilayah di bekas jajahan Belanda. Dan di tahun 1957 adalah sewaktu Soekarno menghimbaukan kepada negara-negara Islam untuk membentuk OKI. Saran dari Ir Soekarno bahwa "Islam negara penerimaan migas untuk menghancurkan negara-negara non-Islam menjadi tunduk kepada Islam, dan menghancurkan monuter keuangan internasional (World Trade Center), seperti yang terjadi dalam revolusi Islam saat ini, dan kehancuran ekonomi dunia . (Menghancurkan perekonomian negara-negara kapitalis => politik program yang mereka digunakan pada pengungsi/Transmigrasi, baik dalam kekuasaan dalam pemerintahan Indonesia untuk memerintah negara, dan juga distribusi pengungsi luar negeri, dan sama permainan politik mereka dengan hubungan mereka dengan negara-negara terkait sebagai mitra, sebagai pengungsi terus di Australia, dan negara-negara Eropa, dan semua pengungsi adalah Muslim).
